Award-winning international games label Team17 and developer Mouldy Toof Studios are excited to announce that their smash hit prison-escape game 'The Escapists 2' is now available to download on Nintendo Switch. The Escapists 2 is the second game to be launched today to be launched for the Nintendo Switch, earlier today Furi was also released for the console. Just like Furi, The Escapists has also been already available to players on PC, PlayStation4 and Xbox One and even got a free Christmas themed update.

The Escapists 2 is the follow up to the award-winning pixelated sandbox prison-escape game. The sequel gets improved graphics, crafting and combat and the addition of multiplayer, the most fan requested feature to date. The local two player split screen mode will be loved by people who frequently have friends and family over. In this couch co-op mode you can either work with your fellow player or race against him to see which one makes it out first!
The Escapists 2 also gets the biggest prisons yet, with multiple floors, roofs, vents and underground tunnels.
